After purchasing your tickets, Free Vacations Hawaii can email, fax or mail your tickets to you. We can even leave tickets at the front desk of the hotel you are staying at so you can receive them when you arrive.

2. What is the promotion? Is it timeshare?

The promotion is a 90 minute presentation on an exciting vacation product that can save you thousands on Hotels, Resorts, Cruises and More… Like Expedia or Priceline… But even better! This is not a timeshare promotion. There are no never ending tours of hotel property and no real estate agents to pester you.

3. Are there any hidden fees?

Free Vacations Hawaii does not have any hidden fees. There are no such things such as credit card fees, ticket printing fees, or any agent fees that competitors have been known to sneak in. The final price is the lowest price available.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

All cancelation policies that are not vendor policies are under Free Vacations Hawaii 24 hour cancelation policy. Any cancelations made 24 hours before a scheduled activity will be fully refunded. Any cancelations made less than 24 hours before any scheduled activity will not be refunded.

5. What if I find a lower price than listed by Free Vacations Hawaii?

In the rare case that you find a final price lower than Free Vacations Hawaii, please send a link to the website or legitimate advertisement and Free Vacations Hawaii will not only beat the price but give you a gift as well for helping us find a lower price.
